City leaders visit for inspection
On the afternoon of November 26, 2025, Huang Yantian, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Xiamen Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of the Municipal Government, along with his delegation, visited the site of the Honghai Xiamen Marine High-End Deck Equipment Headquarters Base project to inspect and guide its work. Also present during the inspection were leaders from relevant departments including the Torch Administration Committee, Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Municipal Oceanic Bureau, Municipal Natural Resources Planning Bureau, and Lin Kong Economic Command Center. The inspection team gained an in-depth understanding of the project's construction progress and provided important instructions on accelerating construction timelines and relocating staff members, expressing full government support for early production commencement and rapid enterprise development.

At the project site, Vice Mayor Huang Yantian first listened to reports from Duan Jiujia, Chairman and General Manager of our company, regarding the project's advancement. Mr. Duan elaborated on specific details such as construction milestones and production plans, particularly highlighting that during preliminary stages when difficulties arose, leaders at all levels within the municipal government and ocean-focused task force under the Lin Kong Economic Command Center demonstrated high priority through proactive coordination, offering timely and effective solutions. This deeply impressed upon enterprises Xiamen’s superior business environment and efficient service efficiency, further strengthening Honghai Xiamen’s confidence in establishing roots and expanding operations locally.
Vice Mayor Huang commended our company’s efforts in advancing the project, emphasizing continued acceleration of construction schedules toward earlier production starts to drive faster, higher-quality corporate growth.
During the visit, he showed particular concern about arrangements for employees transferring from Guangzhou to Xiamen. Mr. Duan reported ongoing active promotion of personnel relocation ahead of factory operation readiness. Stressing great importance attached thereto, Vice Mayor Huang stated: "Special attention must be paid to transportation, accommodation, and other livelihood safeguards during employee transitions to ensure they can focus securely on work and stable lives." He directed leaders of the ocean-focused task force within the Lin Kong Economic Command Center to take initiative in addressing potential future challenges related to traffic or housing, urging comprehensive coordination. Additionally, Vice Mayor Huang stressed open communication channels between enterprises and relevant authorities whenever difficulties arise, promising active government mediation and wholehearted cooperation to resolve issues, thereby supporting industrial cluster upgrading and marine economy development in Xiamen.
