Take overall responsibility for the design of the mechanical system of the ship's deck equipment, including:
 
1,Formulate the overall technical scheme: complete the equipment design calculation, material selection (considering both performance and economy) and BOM preparation according to the cost control requirements.
2,Preparation and review of technical documents: prepare technical scheme documents, sort out drawings of mechanical parts and conduct technical review, and synchronously evaluate the difficulty of outsourcing processing and the suitability of supplier's capacity to ensure the feasibility and cost optimization of the design scheme.
3,Outsourcing and production collaboration: provide technical guidance to outsourcing manufacturers, and optimize the processing plan according to their process capability, cost advantage and regional logistics cost.
4,Customer Support: Provide product training and technical support to customers.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, process design, etc.
2. Have 10 years or more experience in the design of ship supporting machinery/auxiliary machinery and marine industry, and be familiar with the design standards and specifications of various classification societies (CCS, RMRS, etc.).
3. Proficient in structural finite element analysis (such as ANSYS, ABAQUS, etc.) and two-dimensional and three-dimensional software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks), and able to write mechanical calculation reports independently.
4. Cost control awareness: Be able to balance technical indicators and economy in design selection and scheme formulation, and actively optimize BOM and process scheme.
5. Familiar with the supply chain: Familiar with the technical capability, capacity scale, cost advantage and geographical distribution of the mainstream suppliers of ship machinery parts, and establish a core supplier resource bank.
6. Have the ability to analyze and solve problems independently, as well as good communication, coordination and technical expression skills.
(Those with outstanding technical ability but weak management ability, or some of the conditions are slightly inferior but the potential is excellent, can be given priority to senior mechanical design engineers).
