I. During the warranty (repair) period of the equipment, if the goods and equipment have quality problems not due to human factors, the purchaser has the right to raise a quality objection to our company, and Honghai is responsible for the repair, replacement or return, and bears the actual cost of repair, replacement or return.
II. The response time for equipment and software fault repair is 24 hours a day. Our company will respond and give emergency measures within 12 hours after receiving the notice from the purchaser, and arrive at the site for repair within 48 hours. After the maintenance personnel arrive at the site, if the problem is special and cannot be repaired on site, our company promises to give a reasonable solution within 24 hours.
III. Our company is responsible for the repair and maintenance of the whole equipment provided by our company, and will not charge the user any more, except for the faults caused by human factors and natural factors (such as fire, lightning, etc.) and the vulnerable and consumable parts (such as filters, brake gaskets, sealing rubber rings, cables). Our company is not responsible for other losses or indirect losses due to the quality of the equipment itself.
IV. The warranty service mode of all equipment is our company's on-site warranty, that is, our company will send project engineers to the user's equipment site for repair. If the problem is not solved and the equipment needs to be sent for repair, our company will be responsible for the repair service of the equipment, and all the expenses arising therefrom (within the scope of warranty) will be borne by our company.
V. Our company promises that the technical documents provided include project acceptance report, technical documents, complete software and hardware technical data.
VI. Our company promises to provide system expansion and software upgrade services.
