In order to ensure the safe and normal operation of deck equipment without any potential safety hazards, customers often need to store enough spare parts as a guarantee for equipment maintenance, and effectively manage the purchase and storage of spare parts. In the past, the self-storage of spare parts not only occupied a large amount of funds, resulting in low utilization rate of funds, but also high storage costs, and the storage status of spare parts is not easy to grasp.
Honghai will work together with 10 domestic deck equipment customers to prepare a spare parts sharing plan. Customers joining the spare parts sharing plan will work jointly from five aspects, including inventory information sharing, accident spare parts borrowing, overstock inventory trading, key spare parts joint reserve and material pricing. Customers only need 20-30% of the reserve investment to enjoy 100% of the spare parts protection!
